The intellectual property rights in our Site and material on our Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, are the property of Monetise Media LTD (unless otherwise stated). Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You are permitted a limited license solely to view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from our Site for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use.
You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying or otherwise exploiting material on our Site for a commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by us.
You must not rework the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio arrangements or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Monetise will not be responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our Site.
Your content must not be or ever has been the subject of any threatened or legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

6.1 Linking to our Site

(8) BREACHES OF THESE TERMS OF USE
8.1 Suspension and Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use through your use of our site. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action, as we deem appropriate including all or any of the following actions:
(a) Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.
(b) Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Site.
(c) Issue of a warning to you
(d) Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
(e) Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
8.2 Indemnity

These terms, any contract that incorporates them, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their formation are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Due to the global nature of the Internet you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct. We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our site, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks.
