A Welcome Addition to the Advertising Team!

Hello everybody! My name is Karolina and I’ve recently graduated from the University of Derby.

So, a little bit about myself… First of all, I love being outdoors so you could perhaps find me out in the hills with a backpack on. However, when I’m not attempting adventures against the elements, I do manage to occupy myself indoors. My main hobby is creating, producing, and listening to music. I also spend a lot of time watching many movies and series.

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you how much I love Christmas – my team-mates don’t know it yet, but I will annoy them with Christmas songs from November, and am pretty sure they will see my substantial Christmas jumper collection very soon!

Onto my professional profile; you may be wondering what brought me to the world of affiliate marketing? I’ve always had a passion for technology and wanted to work in a fast-paced, highly adaptable environment. The moment I realised how much I wanted to work for Monetise was the first time I set foot in the office. Can you imagine an interview where seeing the interviewers for the first time made you less nervous rather than more? In fact, I felt like a part of the team before I was even hired – that’s how welcoming and friendly the team has been.

I can’t express how much I’ve enjoyed my first week here. I’m happily soaking up a range of new knowledge and expertise from my colleagues. I have already been introduced to the ‘CAKE’ tracking platform we use, and although it will take some time to become an expert, I already feel a good connection with the tools at the company.

I’ve just been assigned a few advertisers, and it will be my responsibility to manage their accounts going forward. Right now, I’m really looking forward to seeing what each new day at Monetise might bring!
