New addition to the team, and he’s not your average Joe!

The Monetise team is expanding once again and I am their newest recruit! My name is Joe, and Monetise have taken it upon themselves to introduce me to the world of affiliate marketing.

My background is focused mainly around Digital Marketing, but that all changed when I took an opportunity at the web agency I was working for to become the point of contact in our Support & Maintenance side of the business.

My daily tasks were switched from doing things such as creating eShot and eNewsletter campaigns using Photoshop & HTML, managing SEO campaigns, daily use of our clients social media channels to the more technical aspect of our business that was focused a lot more around ensuring our clients websites were up to date and looking their best! After a few months in this role I had obtained enough knowledge to become the main point of contact for our clients with a Support & Maintenance contract where I then became the head of the department.

And now here I am… relatively unfamiliar when it comes to affiliate marketing, however I feel there is much to learn and I am excited to add to the experience I already have. I know all that client support work I have done over the last few years will help in guiding my affiliates to make money!

After spending the past 4 years working for a small agency, joining a dozen-strong team was a welcome change. I’m really enjoying myself and everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming.
