Welcome To The New Monetise Website
We are extremely proud and excited to launch our new website, blog, and support platform.
The old Monetise site has served us well since it’s launch back in 2011, but a redevelopment and full restructure was due in order to represent the shift in how Monetise operates and to highlight our company values.
So, what’s all the fuss about?
Well, as some of you will know, we recently surveyed a number of visitors to the old Monetise website. From this, we identified five areas where our website could be improved. These were as follows:
- Improve our content offering and social sharing tools
- To provide transparent insights into the team, and our company ethos
- To offer additional contact options, and improve support tracking
- To provide multi-device compatibility
- To show our visitors what others think to what we do
Well, the first thing is that, moving forward, we will be placing a huge emphasis on the production of high-quality content. We have bucket-loads of research, experience and knowledge ‘locked in a box’ that we will gradually share to our blog readers. So, expect video tutorials, in-depth publisher guides, interviews, whitepapers, infographics and much, much more.
Also, the feedback we received was that the support and service offered by the Monetise team exceeded many of the expectations of both our advertisers and publishers. In other words, we needed to promote ourselves a little better. So, we have now launched our live help service and our ‘Meet The Crew’ page, complete with each team member including bio’s, photo’s and their personal contact details. We are a friendly, approachable bunch, and we wanted this to be apparent.
We have bolstered this further by publishing advertiser and publisher testimonials – real opinions and feedback from real people that are prominent within the industry.
Finally, as the company has continued to grow, managing the status of our customer support requests had become increasingly challenging. With this in mind, we have partnered with the guys at Zendesk to offer a full knowledgebase and ticket-based support system. Now, not only will your support request be answered quickly, but you can also leave feedback to tell us how we are doing on this.
Before I sign-off though, I have to say a fond farewell to one of our key team members who has been with us since the start and who has now been retired – Alfie The Affiliate Marketer.
Our Alfie The Affiliate Marketer explainer video has been viewed by over 60,000 people and will certainly be missed.
Alfie, farewell old friend – you have given us your all.
